1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Adhere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Adhere is a lead generation platform that helps businesses find potential customers by searching publicly available business directories and search results. We provide tools to search, filter, and export lead data.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person or entity
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Adhere only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's algorithms
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Use lead data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Resell or redistribute Adhere's services without written permission
5. Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
- One-off lead purchases are billed per generation through PayFast
- Subscription plans include a weekly lead allowance at a fixed monthly price
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
6. Lead Data
- Lead data is sourced from publicly available information
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of lead data
- You are responsible for verifying leads before use
- Lead data is for your business use only and may not be resold
7. Intellectual Property
The Adhere platform, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of the platform owner. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Adhere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
12. Electronic POS Integration
Upon subscription to Electronic POS Integration services, we will provide you a solution to enable integration of your Electronic Cash Register (ECR) with your card payment terminal (POS).
Our Responsibilities
- Provide you with the necessary software to facilitate POS integration which will run on the Electronic Cash Register maintained by you
- Route authorization requests sent from the POS to corresponding Card Schemes or Issuers for authorization
- Ensure payments are transmitted and processed securely in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements
Your Responsibilities
- To ensure that ECR front-end application and the operating system, on which it is running is secure and updated with malware protection, patches, and integrity monitoring controls. NI will not be responsible in case of vulnerability or compromise arising as result of failure of the controls in your environment
- Ensure the networks where POS systems reside are properly segmented from non-payment network and are hardened in accordance with best practices
- Implement logging and monitor logs for abnormal behavior
